Wasion guarantees that all of our merchandise is of high quality. We have strict quality control guidelines in place to assure you of high production standards.

2.Refund Policy
We have a 100% refund (or replacement) guarantee if any quality issues by us.

Refund and replacement are only accepted if merchandise is found defective or deficient upon receipt. Customers must report to our sales rep within 3 business days after receiving the merchandise.

Photos must include receipt and defective or deficient merchandise

⑵ Contact the sales rep:
Please send the photos to our sales rep and report the issues.
